Rhine Vietnam was established in 2019, but stories of the company could be traced back to early 1998. At that time, our founder was still an ordinary young man, of average height, modest in appearance worked in a tiny workshop. But later with his ambition to become the most excellent bench worker in their team, he was promoted very soon. "My coworkers were all from rich families, but I was not. My father taught me a “trick” that the only way to be outstanding was working eve harder than others. I didn’t nothing but just followed his instructions. The outcome was amazing that my supervisor saw my diligence and effort and that’s the reason I got promoted. So working even harder becomes one of my mottos in my following career advacenment." our founder recalled this memory when he was interviewed on one occasion.

Later on with his excellent performance in making dies at work, a Japanese ladder manufacturer called Pica approached him for cooperation. With the solid manufacturing and quality control experience accumulated from this very first partner, our company grasped the opportunities and developed considerable prestigious global clients, including Werner, Tricam and Little Giant Ladders. Now we have already grown into a leading global manufacturer on alumunium ladders in the world. At Rhine, now we employ roughly 1700 associates world wide and generated 180 mil usd of sales in 2023.
